“LSS in Government - The Practice:  What is Working and What Does Not!

April 29, 2009 - Join us as our guest speaker discusses lessons learned from the largest LSS deployment in history.

 

SPEAKER:

Wayland E. Parker

He is a senior LSS professional who is supporting the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management and Comptroller.  He has been a practicing Operations Research Systems Analyst in the Army for over 20 years, a certified strategic planner, Army Malcolm Baldridge examiner, and the initial Deployment Director of the LSS program for the North Carolina National Guard.  He is the owner and CEO of American Management Professionals LLC, which provides strategic planning, LSS, and business intelligence consulting services.
